Adam's Birthday

Adam's 27th birthday happened to fall on a Wednesday, so he had the pleasure of celebrating with the entire youth group. They surprised him when they broke out into song and presented him with two birthday cakes. Angie baked the pink one because as she said, "It's Adam's favorite color." Adam preached on Elisha and then there was plenty of cake to go around.

After the service a group of us headed to Applebee's for a late night dinner and birthday celebration. Overall, I think Adam would say it was a chill yet festive birthday!

Mountains Weekend 2009

Another year at Grave's Mountain Lodge has come and gone and a good time was had by all of course! This was our 19th year and there were no vacancies. (past years) Here are some shots documenting the weekend and our photogenic friends and family.The CabinThis year we ushered in a new season of life with the addition of BABIES at the cabin.

The Mazzio twins were in attendance and our cousin Sophia stopped by on Saturday, so we all enjoyed our share of time with the little ones!

It is always such a great weekend to catch up with everyone and I'm already looking forward to next year, especially since as you noticed Adam couldn't make it because he was in Charlotte, NC finishing his last seminary class. There's so much to look forward to!

Sophia Shots

This past weekend was cabin weekend at Grave's Mountain Lodge and of course I brought my new camera to take some fun shots. I just love all the fall colors of the pumpkins and leaves with the rustic cabin. These are some of my favorites from Saturday when Sarah stopped by the cabin with Sophia, Uncle Mark and Aunt Carolyn. She is SUCH a cutie and last year at this time we were just throwing Sarah's baby shower! Wow how time flies! Family shots

U2...the BEST Concert Ever!

Here we are at the U2 concert. It was literally the BEST concert I have ever been to!Alicia and I goofing around doing the robot. Kinda funny looking as a frozen pictures, but good times anyway! Some of our group that went together from church.
